Pizza in Electric Grill

The electric grill seems simple but is powerful in function. It should be well used.



Flour: a little     Yeast powder: a little     Milk powder: a little     Egg: one     Sweet potato: one     White sugar: one teaspoonful     Onion: half an onion     Green pepper: half an green pepper     Ham: one     Sausage: one     Pineapple: half of one pineapple     Cheese: a little     Corn kernels, green bean and diced carrot: a little     Mushroom: 4     Tomato sauce: a little



  1. Mix the flour, yeast powder, milk powder and egg into a dough and let it ferment for 2 hours.
  2. Peel and dice the sweet potato, then put it into a bag and bake it in micro-wave oven for 4 minutes. Then take it out and mash it with the rolling pin, and add in one teaspoonful of sugar then place aside.
  3. Slice the mushroom into pieces, and fry them with oil till half-cooked then pour them out and place aside.
  4. Buy some bagged corn kernels, green bean and diced carrot from the supermarket, and boil them in water for a while then drain them and set aside.
  5. Slice the green pepper, onion and carrot and set aside.
  6. Open the electric grill and grease the butter over it, then roll the fermented dough into a thin pancake. Then put the mashed sweet potato around the pancake and stick in the center of the pancake for several times, then wrapped the side.
  7. Spread the tomato sauce onto the surface of the pancake, add some onion and green pepper, then spread some cheese cuttings (make the cheese into flecks with plane) onto it, then add the corn kernels, diced sausage, diced pineapple and all rest ingredients, at last, spread a layer of cheese cuttings again.
  8. Turn on the electric grill and heat it up. Close the grill and resist it with a shovel to make the upper and down side heated up at the same time. Within 20 minutes, the pizza will be ready.
