Salmon with Shallot

The salmon cooked in this way is very fresh and tender with its original flavor and taste remained. It could be a perfect lunch for office workers and people who want to keep fit when served with home-made vegetables.



Salmon: 1 piece  Lemon: half an lemon  Black pepper: a little  Sea salt: a little  Shallot: half a bowl  Olive oil



  1. Clean the fish and cut it into big blocks or big slices, and put them into the plate. Then add salt, black pepper and lemon juice to prickle the fish.
  2. Pour a moderate amount of olive oil into the fry pan, then fry the salmon till cooked and sprinkle the fish with chopped shallot.
  3. Make some potato mash and salad into the plate with the fish.
