Tricholoma Matsutake Fried with Pork Slices

This homely dish is very simple and fast to cook. It has delicious flavor and tastes tender and smooth, is very suitable for new hands.


Main Ingredients

Tricholoma Matsutake: 200g       Pork meat: 200g

Minor Ingredients

Red pepper: 25g          Egg White: 30g


Starch: 10g     Garlic: 5g    Ginger: 5g     Salt: 3g     Vegetable Oil: 25g     Soybean Sauce: 5g


  1. Slice the pork meat into pieces, soak in the mixture of water, starch, egg white and salt.
  2. Dice the red peppers.
  3. Slice the garlic.
  4. Cut the shallot and ginger into shreds.
  5. Pour proper amount of oil into the fry pan and heat it up, put the garlic into the pan and stir till fragrant, then add in the meat and stir up for a while, add in tricholoma matsutake and continue stirring.
  6. Add in salt, soup-stock and soybean sauce, braise it for a while.
  7. At last, add in red pepper, chicken powder, and dress it with starch sauce.
