Nutritious Ginseng Chicken Soup

Ginseng Chicken Soup is a delicacy in nutritious cuisines, which could invigorate your spleen, induce saliva and slake thirst, soothe your nerves and nourish your vitality.


Main Ingredients

Spring chicken  Sticky rice  Ginseng   Antler  Red jujube  Egg   Ginkgo nut  Chestnut     Green pepper   Red pepper  Shallot


Minor Ingredients

Salt   Gourmet powder   Chilli powder

  1. Clean the spring chicken, stuff proper amount of sticky rice, chestnut and ginkgo nut inside the chicken.
  2. Then put the prepared chicken into the pot, add in proper amount of water, ginseng, antler, red jujube and seasonings, then stew over low heat for 3 hours.
  3. Fry the egg into an egg pancake, cut it into slices, then spread it on the chicken together with the shredded shallot.
  4. Serve this dish with five relish plates: lettuce sauce, chilli powder, salt, shredded red and green pepper and garlic slices.
